Apr\u00e8s les d\u00e9bats, le procureur de la R\u00e9publique a requis une peine de six mois de prison, dont trois mois ferme \u00e0 son encontre.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Plac\u00e9 sous mandat de d\u00e9p\u00f4t depuis le 11 mars dernier, Ardo Gningue a \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9 par la Division sp\u00e9ciale de Cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 de la police nationale, sur instruction du parquet. Son interpellation fait suite \u00e0 des publications sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux qui, selon l\u2019accusation, portent atteinte aux bonnes m\u0153urs.<\/p>\n<p>Le tribunal, apr\u00e8s avoir entendu les diff\u00e9rentes parties, a mis l\u2019affaire en d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9.
